How long can I return merchandise?

In addition to the statutory period of 14 days, we offer you an extension of 21 days after delivery in our brand shop. Returns are not free of charge within this period. Please use the contact form for this purpose.

Are returns free of charge?

All returns within the 14-day right of return are free of charge.

How should the merchandise I return be packed?

Please make sure that the returned goods are handed over to the shipping company in their original packaging. If this is not the case, fees may be charged for an alternative shipment.

For a fee, the return can also be collected from your premises. Please state the collection request when you make the return. You will be informed of the costs before booking and they will be deducted from the invoice value upon reimbursement.

I have received the order from a forwarding agent.

If you have received the goods from a forwarding agent, merchandise collection will also be carried out by one of our partner forwarding agents. Please use the contact form for this.

How and when will I receive my refund?

If you have withdrawn from the purchase contract within the statutory period or have made use of your right of return within 21 days, you will receive your purchase price back immediately after receipt and inspection of the returned goods. You will receive the refund via the payment method you used in the purchase process.
