At PROCRAFT, we are aware of our responsibility towards the environment and society and are actively committed to more sustainable mobility. As a company that develops products that offer environmentally friendly alternatives in the field of transportation, we see it as our duty to make a positive contribution and reduce the environmental impact of our industry. Cycling is often seen as a solution to many global challenges—it can reduce traffic congestion, promote health, and contribute to the fight against climate change. However, even products that are fundamentally useful for people and the environment leave an ecological footprint. At PROCRAFT, we take this responsibility seriously and are continuously working to improve our environmental footprint.
Short delivery routes
When selecting and developing our products, we focus specifically on maximizing their service life in order to minimize resource consumption. In addition, we are working to shorten our supply chains and increasingly rely on European production facilities. This not only allows us to reduce transport distances, but also to increase the quality and transparency of our supply chain. Examples of this are our saddle production in Spain and the production of our new “DIN-Dong” bells in the Netherlands.
Sustainable materials
Durability
At Procraft, sustainability begins with durable products. We rely on high-quality materials and intensive testing procedures—such as the EFBE TRI-TEST®—to ensure that our components remain reliable in use for many years. After all, a product that lasts a long time does not need to be replaced as quickly—and that conserves resources. Our extended manufacturer's warranty of 5 years on almost all products, and 10 years on particularly stressed parts such as luggage racks, underlines our promise of durability and sustainability. If something does go wrong, we offer quick and uncomplicated solutions – for long-term use and less waste.
